RSS feeds 2 (quick & dirty solutions)

How can you edit & combine RSS feeds?
There seem to be 4 solutions:
1 Hand code in XML (yet another hoop to jump through!)
2 Use some software to produce the code
3 Use a website that will allow you to select existing RSS feeds and
combine them with your own text
4 Use blogging software, such as WordPress
